Before You Begin Your Filing:

To ensure your agreement is processed smoothly, please ensure both contracting parties meet the following mandatory requirements prior to submission:

  • Active Licensing: Both the Boxer and the Manager must hold valid, active Indian Boxing Council (IBC) licenses for the current calendar year.

  • Agreed Terms: Have all financial splits (% purse, % sponsorship), expense responsibilities (training, nutrition, travel), and annual fight/purse guarantees finalized between both parties.

What Happens After Submission? (Step-by-Step Workflow):

  1. Internal Verification: The IBC Licensing & Sanctioning Committee reviews the submitted agreement to confirm active licensing and regulatory compliance.

  2. Central Database Entry: Contract terms are logged into the official IBC Registry (Boxer Manager Contracts base).

  3. Registration Certificate Issuance: An official, digitally stamped IBC BMA Registration Certificate is auto-generated and emailed to both the Boxer and the Manager.

  4. Drive Archive Storage: A verified copy of the executed agreement is archived in the Boxer’s Master Document Drive for official fight sanctioning reference.

Important Regulatory Guidelines & Legal Notice:

  • Exclusive Representation: Unless explicitly stated under territorial clauses, an executed BMA grants exclusive professional boxing management rights within the sanctioned scope.

  • Dispute & Arbitration: Any contractual disputes or early termination claims arising under this agreement must be formally submitted to the IBC Disciplinary & Arbitration Committee prior to taking external legal action.

  • International Fights & One-Bout NOCs: For international assignments or single-bout promotional contracts, separate One-Fight Clearance / NOC declarations must be filed with the IBC sanctioning office.
